What do you mean ?
Can you give me a list of functionnalities ?
Is it a tool like PuppetShop where you can set predefined spines, head, tails, legs, dog legs, arms and wings ?
It is a good idea, but what is a default rigging for these limbs ?

i think its to do with a skeleton form (bones) for all forms of objects ....i hear rigging all the time at hash animation masters site |
