just a general question.
im not sure how to curve so is there any tutorials to save everyones time so they dont need to explain it all. well thanks everyone this is probably the best support any programm has given. |

erm im mean like how do you curve as in what do you use and how do you use it. erm is curving ment for making the model more smoothe cause thats what i think. thanks for replying on my last question by the way |

There is curve toolboxes: 2d, 3d and even 4d (3d curve with a value at each point).
the curves can be used to model (extrude, simple face, lath meshes).
But if you want to smooth a mesh, use the effect->SDS menu. Then in the parameters area (right) change the SDS level to trade between speed and smoothness).
SDS is the acronym for Sub Division Surface.

use the 'h' key to hide/unhide the SDS control mesh.
use 'H' key to hide/unhide the tools, toolbar, parameter area. |
