Hello everyone,

I have used blender , wings, bryce ect. ect. .
I was looking for something different.
I must say I am very impressed with ppmod.
I am not a pro. 3d guy, but boy am i addicted to learning.
I will have lots of questions and maybe a few answers.

At this time I am trying to render with kerkythea and just can not seem to set up the preferences in ppmod for kerkythea.

help please.

Hi and Welcome,

Exporting to kerkythea is not finished yet, and so not working.
I started to work on the export script, but somehow switch to another task and I didn't finish the exporting script.
Will put it back in my todo list...

I am very quickly falling in love with ppmodeler.

I just cant express how amazed I am with this program.

Piere,

if there is any problem with the integration or any behavior that's not expected
from the renderer, feel free to e-mail me so we can discuss it.

all the best,
giannis

the messaging system used. is that what's you want?

greetings

I need a document describing the syntax of the intput file of kerkythea, so that i can write the script to export Albatross3D scenes to kerkythea.
I need info on what can be generated (material, meshes, lights, general properties...) externally so that when kerkythea is launched, it is ready to render.
Is there any kind of thechnical documentation ?

What messaging system are you talking about ?
You implemented a rib like interface ?

ok, my mistake - forget that messaging system.

unfortunately, there's no document describing the XML syntax.
I can send you a short document which has generic description
of the logic of the parameterization but not of the parameters
themselves that can be used.

What parts of the obj file are recognised by kerkythea ?

Can you send me the short document on the file format ?
