I made a Mech for a game that took me a hour and 37 minutes. Well, I had to make the model off a concept art with only the front view. |

i think this is the best easiest most fun to use and un frustrating modeler so i dont think i'd ever change modelers i mean everyone that has used this would agree with me.
but the service in the forums is also very helpfull and fast. so its the best modeler in my eye's and thats why im trying to also make a game with it i just need to ask someone for a game engine that allows you to use meshes from albatross 3d that is possibley free. |

There's a lot of 3d engine out there. try to pick one that fulfill your needs.
As for exporting, it is not difficult to extent Albatross3D, with new scripts.
If you need something particular, and you have the format of the file you want to write, I am willing to help....
Keep us informed of your progress, and don't forget to post some of your work from time to time here

PPModeler is a great tool indeed, I was around 16 years old when I first found this program. It was really great then, now it's grown to be completely superier to what it was then. I now acctually work in the commercial industry of 3D Animation, and Digital Art work at the age of 18. This program is what really helped me to create my porfollio. But now I use Zbrush 2 at work to model, and Lightwave 9.0 to animate ( which lightwave really sucks by the way). While Zbrush 3 is on its way to being shipped to my house. ZBrush is a great commercial product to me, but PPModeler is the best free 3d modeling program I used. I still keep track of the progress of this program and watch as it grows. In about a year from now Im gonna go get a degree in game development and programing, in which I would greatly love to help the development of this program grow because I think Pierre might have his hands full of implements.
Well Ultraus out.... |

Hey, good to have some news OmegaUltraus.
And great to know that ppModeler/Albatross3D was useful and appreciated.
Good luck with your carer.
