Hi,
is there a new beta with the current progress available or are there no changes since the last beta?
Oh, Alba3D is compatible with Vista. I tested it on my new PC with Vista Home Premium 32bit installed and it worked. It only camplained about a missing zlib1.dll. I just downloaded that file und put it into the Alba3D folder.

Yes, it is in progress.
I have finished most of the new functionalities of the 3d paint tool. Painting with 3d procedural map is missing. Then, i will do the stamp tool in the sculpting mode and release a new version. It won't be long, a week may be 2.
Great new for Vista. How is the new system ?
I will add zlib1.dll to the distribution.

The new CPU is AMD 64 X2 5200+ DualCore. The rendering speed has been doubled/trippled when i compare it with my old P4 2,8GHz. The speed gain in Kerkythea, Indigo and Radium is really great.
The complete system specs are:
AMD 64 X2 5200+ (2,6GHz)
2 GB DDR2 SDRAM 533
ATI x1650 Pro
Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit

Salut
Un message juste pour confirmer qu'A3D semble bien fonctionner sous Vista32 / édition familiale premium. |
